Pre-Construction Planning - Once awarded, we develop a project game plan. The estimator transitions into the Project Manager role, leading a pre-construction meeting with our GM, foreman, and field team to align expectations and ensure we're ready to execute.
Field Execution - We show up prepared, prioritize safety, and deliver quality work every day. Our team performs thorough walkthroughs, inspections, and resolves issues swiftly to keep projects moving. After completion, we review labor and material performance to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Stand-Behind Warranty - We offer a one-year workmanship warranty and use materials backed by manufacturer guarantees. When issues arise, we respond—no runaround.
